PERINATAL AND POSTPARTUM (PMADS)

Are you pregnant, adopting or becoming a parent? Are you already a parent adding another addition to your family? Many women find motherhood is not what they anticipated it to be, and can become shamed and guilt ridden when they struggle, have unwanted distressing thoughts or don’t immediately feel attached to their babies. Others lack the support they need and feel isolated and alone.
